Error using OSMTiles

I tried to start OSMtiles, a little programm to generate OpenStreetmaps-card for my Palm.

It starts, but shows me errors.
First it shows me "Bitmap-handle kann nicht erzeugt werden".

If I start it via terminal it shows:
fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_SaveAsFile (0x155ec8)->(0x170178, 0, (nil)), hacked stub.
fixme:urlmon:ObtainUserAgentString (0, 0x32f30b, 0x32f2fc): stub
fixme:urlmon:ObtainUserAgentString (0, 0xf24018, 0x32f2fc): stub
fixme:wininet:InternetLockRequestFile STUB
fixme:gdiplus:GdipCreateHBITMAPFromBitmap stub

What could I do ?

Does 'wget kegel.com/wine/winetricks && sh winetricks -q gdiplus' help?

fixme:wtsapi:WTSUnRegisterSessionNotification Stub 0x20098
fixme:ole:OLEPictureImpl_SaveAsFile (0xf1df10)->(0x651344, 1, (nil)), hacked stub.

and the whole programm freeze.

Any solution ?

How could I wrote a bug report? It will be my first.
