Hi
I have an acer asire one with linpus linux lite which is based on fedora. whenever i am on a program installed with wine i cannot connect to the internet. can anyone help me please

Does builtin ie work?
$ wine iexlore.exe

Does going to an ip address rather than website work?

no i can't do anything with i.e. before i upgraded it internet connections worked but i.e never worked

What error do you get? Did you install gecko?
You still haven't said if it's 32 bit or 64 bit...
