Dreamfall won't work, fixme:win:EnumDisplayDevicesW ?

Hi there,
I read in the appt-database that it is possible to run Dreamfall - The Longest Journey under wine. So I put in the DVD and fired up the installer, and here I am:
It installed just fine, now, the freakin' Starforce thing needs to be installed and after clicking the restart-button, wine crashes. Several times in row! So now, the question is: What can I do? I don't need to install a crack, do I?

I ran the game with a no-cd and was able to play it completely. Browse the web for one.

Installed the crack --> wine crashes 4 times, then the game starts, then the game crashes.

I suggest that you purge your wine directory and that you create a dedicated prefix for the game. In my case, all the games I test in wine have their dedicated prefix. Example from my Drømmefall directory

Yours could be

export WINEPREFIX=/home/username/dtlj/

Retry the installation, and copy the crack right after the installation. See if it works.

Hi,
I did reinstall Wine completely, with settings and everything since Starforce messed up Wine (although I forgot the prefix-thing).

I reinstalled the game again, with the same result.
Additionally, I tried everything recommended in the AppDB, with no result.
