Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer

Hi guys I have a problem installing COD4 modern warfare on ubuntu intrepid.
I use wine 1.1.4+3dmarkPatch
I can play in single player easily,but I can't find the way to update it to the patch 1.7.
When I try to install it it says to me that I need patch 1.6 but I have already installed it!!
Can someone help me please?
I would like to play online as I saw here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rGo0_lAk9oY
I didn't install punkbuster and when I start iw3mp.exe it says to me "punkbuster disabled" instead in the video it seems he have it installed..What do you think?

Update to latest wine version by using the wine repository.

Ok I resolved..
I needed to install punkbuster and now I can play on multy..bye
