What version of Wine are you using? Linux distribution, video driver, and any error messages you get if you start the game from a terminal might help as well.
wine 1.1.15
checked my hardware drivers, and it said no proprietary drivers in use.
john@Cortana:~$ wine "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe"

Have you tried adding "-opengl" (without the quotes) to the end of the command line when you start the game?
If not and/or if you need directions to do so:
If you start it from a desktop icon, right click on the icon and pick 'properties', in the box marked 'command' go to the end of the line and leave a space after .exe" then type -opengl, close the properties box and start the game as normal.
If you start the game from a terminal add -opengl at the end of the line then hit enter as normal.
Just asking because your terminal info shows several lines with D3D in them, that are not shown when my game starts (in opengl).
(Very simply) D3D and opengl are two different ways of handling the game graphics, people tend to have more luck in linux with opengl and in both windows and linux opengl often gets better framerates and prettier graphics.

As far as I can tell those errors are always there when running opengl and do not effect anything in game. I have not yet found anything mentioning the graphics issue you are having or any problems specifically with intel cards, but will keep looking.
