Printing from wine

Hello Sir,

Wine is Printing fine from notepad.exe but is not able to print from a foxpro based program which works fine otherwise.

Please throw more light on the matter and guide me for further study of the problem and rectification guide.

I created a small routine for printing in visual foxpro 6 and it works fine in wine environment but this old foxpro 2.6 for windows based program doesn't work.

I am thinking of trying older version of ubuntu and wine will that be a right idea to check working of my program

The bug doesn't appear to be a regression, so I don't think that would help.

Printing, i supposed, is the most important part of using any application. can any one throw more light on what is the way wine gives print instructions to cups in linux
