Some shortcut bugs...

Hi!

I use Ubuntu 8.10 and when a program wants to add a shortcut on the
desktop, it create a .lnk file, is this a bug or not?
Is it maybe because there's no "Desktop" folder in my home directory,
but a localized directory (Bureau in french), but it is correctly set
in winecfg!

Yes it's a minor bug because Wine's Desktop is linked to Linux's desktop.
