Winecfg fonts unreadable

Hello, whenever I run winecfg, the fonts on the tabs are unreadable - like someone scratched them all together.

I am running:

Intrepid
Wine version 1.1.13
Icewm
msttcorefonts installed

There is a solution given in this bug report which helped me (adding to
registry):
