Corrupted fonts.

My WINE has a weird problem. All of the fonts look as though they have been scratched out. This includes all Windows programs I am trying to run and the WINE Configuration. I do not see this problem with any other programs on my computer. I am running Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10 (i386), WINE 1.0.1 on Athlon XP 2500+. 512MB RAM, nVidia TNT video.

dimesio: Thanks for the quick reply, it was a great help. All of the bus and solutions start to look the same after awhile. Somebody on the Ubuntu forums had a similar problem and pointed out that there is already a solution in the WINE FAQ for my problem at least. (I feel kind of stupid for overlooking the solution.)
