Windows communicator not showing in taskbar

I need to have application windows communicator working,but even when i start it configuration works and i see it on other computer it is connected to server i dont see it in taskbar(and this is taskbar application,and that is only way to access it)
Any idea how to fix that,since for example roboform taskbar icon works fine.
