Direct X Dlls Missing

Help! I cannot run anything with Direct X. The programs keeps telling me either I have a old version of Direct X, My Video Memory is low, Or they cant find the suitable video source. I recently checked the Direct X folder in C:/Windows/System32/DirectX and I saw that every Direct X dll is missing! What can I do ??

What Wine version? What distro? How did you installed Wine? What exact programs are you running?
