trying to launch clip studio paint but it never starts

so, as the title, i'm trying to launch clip studio paint 4.0.3, but, when i go to open the exe file, i can see in the task manager than the process does actually start, but i never get the window to appear. i'm using wine 10.12 staging on endeavouros.

edit: running it through command line, gave me those two errors?
