99% of programs not working

Hi,
I am running the latest version of Linux Mint Cinnamon and Wine (development). I have tried running several programs, and nothing will work for me, except Notepad++ (and the programs included with Wine). Even ImgBurn, which supports Wine, will not work, leading me to suspect that there is something wrong with my computer. I have only recently installed Linux, and I have tried deleting and reinstalling Wine.
Here are the errors from Terminal:
Whenever I do anything in Wine (in this case, opening the Notepad clone):

I updated Wine to 10.12, since it was in my update manager.

I can recommend using Lutris to install your windows programs on linux. It sorts out many of the issues that you could sort out yourself, if you were a wine expert. For me it's a must as it saves learning the difficult stuff....

On a second look, it appears that Lutris is only for games, which is not helpful to me.
