Windows Program takes way too long to launch and has missing icons

Hi, I'm currently trying to make an old CNC-related program run on wine. I was able to find the installer (the company closed doors around 2015), and successfully install it. The thing is that the program opens a startup window, and stays there for 5-10 minutes. I tried running it from the terminal, to see if it got looped on something, but it didn't. The program is called "ColiLiner", you can download the installer from here. Microsoft JET might be required in order for the program to run (I installed it for the program that communicates with the machine via serial). Here is the terminal output:

I've opened a bug report for the icons. I suspect the slow start is the same cause but I could be way off there.

I couldn't find a workaround.
