Copying an image from Windows to Linux isn't working

The Windows program in question is using .NET Framework 4.7.2, and the function

to copy the image to the clipboard. However, I get the error

when trying to copy an image while running Wine.

I have wine-mono (v. 9.4.0) installed, and
