What's the newest version of WINE that runs on OS X 10.7.2?

Was initially going to use macports for installation, but it doesn't work at all.

sorry for the dumb question, but I cannot find any information on this.
I'm on a 10.7 hackintosh and need a way to run windows program (I'm on a BIOS based system and my HDD is partitioned in GPT so I can't install windows itself)

Help pls?
