Stop Cursor Blinking?

I know it's possible to stop cursor blinking/flashing/blinding by findng and manually editing win.ini.

Is there an easier method just using winetricks and/or winecfg?

Unfortunately, I can no longer get the win.ini fix to work either. So if I have to type something, I can't see what I'm typing or have typed.

I can use winetricks to run regedit, and use the Windows instructions from the Jurta page. That works in some apps, but not in other QT-based apps.
