Unfortunately i have been left with a riddle.
Abruption of a Game running in Vulkan while a update was running including FreeDesktop.GL which has messed up my manual configuration of the driver i could make within the sphere of ChatGPT's reasoning and free responses has corrupted the Wine's 'filesystem'.
- Repeatedly reinstalling and purging the prefix has brought resolution to the issue.
- The application seems to be running but there is 'no communication' between either DirectX; NET Runtime or SysWOW64 and Linux from the point i run DXDIAG.
- Other applications all that do not run on Vulkan/ Vulkan
- Seems that; Games that recently upgraded to Vulkan and still use 'Visual Basic' and do not restart and recompile SPIRV/GLSL Shader programs after making changes to display quality or settings tend to corrupt the driver and the Filesystem. The Windows 10 partition is 'Bootlooping' into recovery because this 'is a lot worse' on windows platform.

This tends to give necessity for Microsoft and AMD and WineHQ to take care of better development of how AMD handle's Vulkan's SPIRV shader compilation a reminder blob or what it does in case of a crash. On windows this issue is a lot frequent and currently we are causing an array of DDOS attacks against their services to be dropped by Anti_Virus as a 'threat'; this threatens big Gaming Companies predominantly EA, Bethesda Softworks and Blizzard Entertainment. Eventually i am back for a 9'th time this week reinstalling my prefixes....

Presence of SPIRV.exe files do indicate a failure because a %ENVIRONMENT% flag was overwritten somewhere of swapped. I have seen this incidence occur while troubleshooting with ChatGPT beyond its memory. It loses its context however have made no changes to my last setup.

Apparently WINESYSTEMDLLLOADER has been corrupted by VULKAN SPIRV/GLSL pipeline trying to recompile SPIRV shaders - $PATH -
name=L"??\Z:\usr\x86_64-w64-mingw32\sys-root\mingw\bin\kernel32.dll" <-- the directories have corrupted similar to PATH /usr/x86_64-w64-mingw32/sys-root/mingw/bin:$PATH
Currently i am stuck at fixing this with no clue how to go on. Despite a try at cleaning including removal of Mingw-32_64, / MSYS2 which is also present on the Win 10 partition of the Drive and is included in repository of Fedora Core 41.
As of today the lag on both Fedora Core 41 as well as WineHQ is terrible. I have been able to get to the forum but not able to reach Bugzilla, Fedora Forums or Fedora Official Chat anymore.
Besides that WineHQ devs should be attended to that concluding based on running the debuggers on these kind of application WER (Windows Error Reporting Services) might cause DDOS-Attacks if failure of execution is not handled properly. Mitigating rays of information must include ability to disable sending reports to Fedora.

I have done the steps mentioned here and i have restarted wine using wineboot.
The entry "[System\\CurrentControlSet\\Control\\Session Manager\\Environment] " was not present on my system initially and has been removed when i executed wineboot.
Initially there went something wrong.

so that's recti-colon, the path, and the double-quote will follow. It should look like this.

I am going to Reinstall Fedora and upgrade to 42 soon hopefully. Would have been done frequently in the time i have spent investigation the issue.
What i have done
For each step i have done a complete powercycle. (Shuttingdown using shutdown -h now or reboot) - In some cases Shutting the computer down from the GUI has resulted in 'restarting the computer'. However when i shutdown from the Terminal it did shut down.
- Reinstalling including manual removal of Wine.
- Resetting the prefixes.
- Removing MingW
I could not remove MingW because in the FC Repo Wine depends on MingW.
However all indications do make clear there has been a corruption by trying to send commands to the kernel with instructions towards 'MingW' compiler rather than the driver due to a override somewhere else. VulkanCube.exe still runs and Vulkaninfo
With that running "Vulkaninfo.exe" from command line did not stop running. So i am first going to do clean power cycle and removing the power completely.
