7.1 Audio in games

Hello Winr community,
I am trying, to set up 7.1 audio on my system. So far I have managed to successfully set up 5.1, but of course I am missing the other 2 rear channels. My set up is AMD GPU (RX 6700XT) connected to Denon AVR-X1700H audio video receiver over HDMI. I am running Fedora 41 with latest stable version of Wine. For testing I am using Shadow Warrior 2 purchased on GoG. 7.1 surround sound is running fine in the Linux itself, only in games such as I have mentioned, only 5.1 is detected. I tried to dig around in the winecfg, and found out that highest speakers configuration in the audio tab is 5.1, no 7.1 available. So is the 7.1 audio even possible? To determine if 7.1 audio is possible you need to know what version GoG is running on?
