Cannot install "The War Within"

I have been following

but there is a HUGE HUGE HUGE problem with this, it literally ASSUMES you already have the game installed and I do not and cannot install it.

I instaleld battle.net and can run it. I select wow, i click on the Install button, a window pops up and it does a 3 or 4 minute "Calculating Size" thing and all buttons etc in this window are ghosted / grayed out / non clickable. After a few minutes it reports the total size but none of the buttons are unghosted. I cannot even install the game. "Start Install" is not clickable.

FIXED.

I always installed every wow up to this point in a 32 bit prefix. I deleted everything (justn to be sure) and did over in a 64 bit prefix. NOW the install button works
