Have the wine development repositories for Ubuntu and Fedora been updated yet?

Have the wine development repositories for Ubuntu and Fedora been updated yet? I have run sudo dnf update and sudo apt upgrade several times since the release of wine 9.20 yet I have seen that wine packages aren't updated and are still on wine 9.19. It used to work before and I haven't changed any repositories or anything of the sort I think

On Fedora 40 I was just able to upgrade wine with sudo dnf update
