Window appears blank when opening app

Hello,

Was wondering if anyone could help me with the issue I’m having on MAC.

I’m trying to install an exe. file for a launcher but was receiving the “run this as a normal user error” when using Cross Over.

Was hoping to be able to install the exe using Wine and running the game with cross over. I’ve used Wine Staging and was able to open it, everything is working except for it opening as a blank window. I can hear the game launcher’s music playing but can only see a black screen.

I’m new to wine so apologies if it’s not possible to actually do what is stated above. Thanks in advance for any suggestions/help
