WatchMe (Flamebrain) - Installation does not start

The excellent WatchMe timer and counter software from https://www.flamebrain.com/ (free and not free) I don't think is compatible with Wine yet. It won't start installing. How can I fix this?
Is it possible to make it work?
To date, there is no single piece of software that does the same things, keeps schedules in memory, can change schedules and counters, has multiple tabs, and keeps very little space on the page when it needs to be used in the foreground.
I, unfortunately, and others who do the same work as me are dual booting for this reason alone. Otherwise we would use GNU/Linux exclusively. (I am currently using Zorin OS).
Sorry if I am doing something wrong, I am new.
If you can give me some tips on how I can make it work or how, where, who to ask.
The developer has no plans to create a linux version.

Not sure what you mean with 'It won't start installing.' because it seems to be a standalone app?

FYI: crashes here with clean prefix, but after 'winetricks dotnet48' the app starts for me and I can see 6 timers. What exactly goes wrong at your side?

When I click on WatchMe.exe a popup pops up that says:

Are you sure you want to run WatchMe.exe?
WatchMe.exe is an unknown Windows application. Your computer and personal data may be subject to a breach when running applications from unknown sources.

Some Windows applications may not be compatible with Windows App Support.

And nothing happens.
How can I do to use it on zorin os?
It does not install, it is standalone.
