Launch installer, get lphlpapi.dll error

Hello everyone.
As in subject, on launching an installer in Wine on Android (APK version 4.11 for x86), I receive an error about lphlpapi.dll and missing getAdaptersInfo method from it.
I have a Asus ZenFone 2 (Z00A/Z00AD, ZE551ML).

What can I do?

Note I *could* upgrade to Nougat, then I *could* root, but I'd avoid if possible. Stock ROM is MarshMallow, no beyond.
