Run Windows App with WINE and Docker with WebView

Could any one guide me through achieve the following goal :

Goal : Run a windows app from browser with wine and docker
Description :
I want to Run a windows app in my linux VPS ,
so the user open a URL and use the App

Any help will be appreciated
