All my post goes to unapproved. Why?

I am a newbie here. I have made a post and a comment as well, but both of these things are unapproved. I can't understand why. Kindly help me in this regard.

When a post is not approved, an email is sent with the reason why. Check your spam folder if you think you did not receive one.
