where can i get an older version of WineHQ that will run on MacOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

i have a 2011 macbook pro that i am trying to use with a specific optical disk manager that is only available for windows

You can find the depreciated Winehq packages here https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/macosx/download.html

These require an XQuartz installation.
