Ubisoft Connect blank window using windows 10/11

Has anyone managed to get ubisoft connect to run with the windows 10 / windows 11 setting?
When I set wine to Windows 7 using winecfg, ubisoft connect runs, but an old version of ubisoft connect is displayed. The new "beta" version of ubisoft connect only starts with Windows 10.

When I start with windows 10 settings, an ubisoft connect loading window appears briefly, then only an empty window can be seen (if you move the mouse over it you can see the blue border of the window).

I am using wine staging version 9.11. I have also tried to set up dotnet48 and d3dcompiler_47 with winetricks, but this has not been successful.

My computer is a Mac Mini M2 with Macos Sonoma 14.5

The reason why I have to start the new version of Ubisoft Connect is that Anno 1800 (Steam version) does not allow me to play multiplayer and always says that the versions are not compatible (Network Errro LR05). However, if I play from a Windows 10 computer, everything works.

Could it be that the Anno 1800 connection issue is coming from an encryption thing in the wine source:

The log of the Ubisoft connect launcher tells the following error:

ERROR WriteFileAsyncJob.cpp (65) DarkVision: WriteFileAsyncJob::OnUpdate Job (WriteFileAsyncJob) - File Write Failed
