How to reset Wine prefix without losing installed applications

Hello. I have a wine prefix that has some old games like morrowind and red alert 2 installed that I do not want to lose, specially with red alert 2's newer updates needing the launcher to be active (my system cant run both the game and launcher at once, its weak).

I noticed that newer gog games that I install cannot be launched, and will always crash, but if I run them through a fresh wine prefix, they will work just fine.

I want help to see how I can reset the wine prefix I use without losing the red alert 2 installation, or move it to a new wine prefix successfully.

also would be great if i dont lose all my saves stored in documents and appdata folder but I suppose I can just copy those over.
