Fix WIKI site key path error

A mistake on the https://wiki.winehq.org/Debian_zhcn ,As the https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/debia ... rm.sources info,we should put winehq-archive.key in the
/etc/apt/keyrings/winehq-archive.key
but https://wiki.winehq.org/Debian_zhcn have one line same as :

sudo wget -nc -O /usr/share/keyrings/winehq-archive.key https://dl.winehq.org/wine-builds/winehq.key 

If anyone do like Chinese Simple wiki said,apt will can't verify repository key. And also cant install Wine.

Do we have anyone helping maintain the Simplified Chinese Wiki? It really needs an update.

I have changed the requested line in the wiki.
Unfortunately, I don't speak Chinese, so I don't think it's a good idea, I'll try to edit the other parts of the wiki.
