add this prefix to Wine Command, which start your application.
For example, if my program is Download Master (a free russian download
manager), it will look like this on my openSuSE 11.0:
LANG=bg_BG.CP1251 env WINEPREFIX="/home/miro/.wine" wine "C:\Program
Files\Download Master\dmaster.exe"
