Building wine tools?

Building wine tools?
I have a question on compiling wine I need wine tools and with --with-wine-tools= to source directory I get wine tools have not been built ... Is there any ideas on what needs to be done for this processes thanks!

Just don't use "--with-wine-tools", it should build them automatically.
