Need help editting REG_BINARY registry in wine regedit

I'm trying to edit a "REG_BINARY" registry using regedit but the modify prompt is too small to show all the text, I cannot resize it whatsoever and there is no text cursor seen.

I'm currently using a 768p monitor, tried it in 1080p but still gives the same result, this is a Steam game wine prefix.
Distro: Arch
Kernel version: 6.2.8-arch1-1
Wine version: wine-8.4
Steam is using Proton experimental, idk if this helps but might as well include.
