8.0-rc1 Ubuntu builds delayed?

Reportedly, 8.0-rc1 was released last week as usual, yet the Ubuntu (18.04) PPA is still on 7.22. The builds usually don't take nearly this long, so I just wanted to ask if anyone knew anything?
