Incredible lag

Till now I have 4 Windows games:
> Project IGI 2 Covert Strike (multiplayer version only, downloaded from MPA, a Discord server)
> Space Trader (downloaded from GameTop)
> Tank Universal (downloaded from Toomky Games)
> Unreal Gold (downloaded from Internet Archive)
but only Space Trader works perfectly without my intervention on any Wine configuration, while other 3 have a FPS that would scare a Windows 95 pc. They open and load normally (no error warnings or crashes) but at the incredible speed of 1 FPS, is it because I have to do some Wine configuration for each, I didn't yet downloaded DirectX/.NET Framework/C++/whatever or another reason?

I know when I used to use vulkan without doing a "winetricks dxvk", it would get me a low frame rate. Not sure if it would apply in your situation, or if it has already been applied, but throwing it out there quick just in case. Good luck.
