Problems trying install WINE in 20.04 (SOLUTION)

Here using Lubuntu 20.04.5 not is possible install WINE both dev and staging.

Done the commands below

sudo apt install --install-recommends winehq-staging

Not is possible install. Is showed an error message "hold broken packages"
winehq-staging : Require: wine-staging (= 7.18~focal-1)

Trying the command
sudo apt --fix-broken install

Is showed not any broken package or package for download.

However If downloading manually
winehq-staging_7.18~focal-1_amd64.deb
wine-staging_7.18~focal-1_amd64.deb
wine-staging-amd64_7.18~focal-1_amd64.deb
wine-staging-i386_7.18~focal-1_i386.deb

after the command
sudo dpkg -i *.deb

It looks like the 32-bit packages cannot be installed.

However the command was done in an OS with WINE having installed all dependencies.
