Installing OLB (Online Bible) using Wine (6.0.3) on Mint 21 ?

I am very very new to Mint (Linux); and to Wine.

I managed to install OLB from download (N America website) a couple of weeks ago.

Then downloaded extra Bibles; also other items.

Dont know where to save them.

Failed to install them.

As I am so new, if anyone can help, I will need point by point instructions please.

Short answer: you can't
Long answer: The program detects that it is running under Wine and adapts accordingly. Although the creators of the program say they support Wine they actually do not.

fixed by the developers of Wine.

In other words, we support Wine, but we don't fix any bugs and you only get a stripped-down version of our program.

If you want, inform the developers of OLB that it is not a good idea to detect Wine and ask for a version without Wine detecting code.
