Wine 7.3 Unable to edit the toolbar of IrfanView

For unknown reasons I can't edit the toolbar of IrfanView. The program has an option to remove stuff you don't need from the toolbar but I can't do that in Linux. I made a video for easier explaining of the problem (the link below).
I could make the change in Windows and then copy the setting file from Windows but I don't wanna resort to that.

Can confirm. Checking / un-checking the tick boxes works with wine v7.2, doesn't work with wine v7.3.
Tested using IrfanView v4.59 64bit portable.
