Hi everyone,
I'm trying to play some non-steam games using wine with my xbox one controller but the problem is that the button mappings are incorrect. The controller works perfectly with native steam games and proton but using standalone wine the button mappings are incorrect. I also used "wine control" and launching the game controller program shows that the buttons are all read correctly. To be more specific this is the configuration read by wine:
Button 01: A
Button 02: B
Button 03: X
Button 04: Y
Button 05: LB
Button 06: RB
Button 07: SELECT
Button 08: START
Button 09: LEFT ANALOG BUTTON
Button 10: RIGHT ANALOG BUTTON
I'm currently using wine 7.0-rc2 and the XOW driver in order to make the controller adapter work on linux (i have the first model of the controller, the one with the bulky adapter).
How can i solve this problem?
