Not able to install wine

Somehow the 32-bit packages cannot be installed.
Did you run "sudo apt update" after adding the 32-bit architecture?

The version of the 32-bit packages should be exactly the same as the 64-bit packages.
Usually this is the case on Debian, but adding another repository can cause conflicts.
What is the output of:

You probably installed a 64-bit package from buster-backports. This repository is given a lower preference number by default, so they are not installed automatically.
I'm not sure, but this might work:

Otherwise, you would have to manually find out which package is blocking the installation:
