How to fix this ole error ?

I am using Debian 11 (64 bit) and wine-5.0.3 (Debian 5.0.3-3) version without gecko.

I download a text editor program from https://rayp.adalet.gov.tr/resimler/2/d ... 116-39.zip.
I unzipped file and which contains UKI_V5.3.0.exe.
Then I used in terminal :

wine UKI_V5.3.0.exe

Installer starts but ends with error :

Strange, the installer works just fine for me. (Debian Sid, wine-5.0.3 Debian 5.0.3-3)
Have you installed other Windows programs? If so, try a clean wineprefix:

Actually I could not be succeed to install any program using wine. Can error be due to 64/32 bit support? I am using 64 bit wine not 32 bit.

I tried clean wineprefix as in your code, but result is error given below :

I tried your command but it gives the same error. Then I found [url]https://askubuntu.com/questions/136714/ ... bit-ubuntu[/url] and try it to see whether my problem is due to 32/64 bit. Then wola ! Program works ! Thanks :o .

Steps to solve problem :
1. /home/user/$ rm -fvr .wine/
2. export WINEARCH=win32
3. winecfg (just run it to create clean configuration and directory for wine having 32 bit support)
4. wine UKI_V5.3.0.exe
