Improve image scaling

When Wine scales images the result looks much worse than when Windows do the same. Couldn't this be fixed with a better scaling algorithm?

I'm not sure what windows call is used.

But I see it all the time in Spotify (the only windows program I use). I could dig in and see what api-call they are using.
