Graphic problems starting Wine or winecfg

Hi,
I installed wine on my Debian system, but if i try to start wine or wine config my screen get screwed up. After I try it, everthing on screen is scattert to little qubes or/and lines, I can't select or indentify anything on it.

Sounds like ATI driver problem. You need to upgrade your video driver.

Yes,

i got an ATI Video Card... But i think it is the newest driver...

fglrxinfo | grep version says: 2.1.7659 Release. I downloaded the last Version from ATI.com and installed it, but the Error still ocurs.
