Wine does not handle hardware directly, so I don't think nero will be too happy to not be able to do so.
The appdb says that no version of nero has worked so far under wine (some start but won't burn) : http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.p ... on&iId=152

There are great free burning tools under linux (brasero, gnomebaker, ...), you should take a look at them.

If you really need nero, they make a linux version :
