How do I clean out old printers and Landscape question?

Hi All,

Fedora 32, x64
wine-common-5.19-1.fc32.noarch (Wine Staging)

I just cleaned out a whole bunch of unused printers from CUPS. My programs in Wine still see them. How do I clean out the dead wood?

Also, is there a way to tell Wine I want a printer to default to Landscape?
