Which glyph and text rendering DLLs do I have to overwrite/replace in Wine, when I want that Wine uses the original "windows 7" "glyph and text rendering"?

Why do you need that? AFAIK, it's not possible.

Because text rendering seems to give better results in Windows 7 than in Wine:
Letters stick together more often in Wine with the same Font.
