registry: turn Cleartype (AntiAliasing) off

Post by Opako »

On the page
https://wiki.winehq.org/Useful_Registry_Keys

... it is said, that we can add the following entries in the registry, to unable Cleartype:
HCU/Software/wine/X11 Driver/:
ClientSideAntiAliasWithCore and ClientSideAntiAliasWithRender

But what is with the following entries?:
1. HCU/Control Panel/Desktop putting FontSmoothingType on 0
2. HCU/Control Panel/Desktop putting FontSmoothing on 0
3. HCU/Software/Policies/Microsoft/Internet Explorer putting SmartDithering on 0

Thank you.
