Configuring DVD Drive in winecfg

Can someone give me some insight on how to set up my optical drive in winecfg? I've tried adding it to the Driver list but I don't know what to set it to. I've tried researching my issue but have only come across an outdated thread from nearly a decade ago
The version of Wine I'm using is 4.0.1 Stable and my OS is 10.12.6 Sierra

Alright, I did some tinkering and added media/cdrom0 and media/cdrom1 onto the list and now the application I'm trying to work with just flat out won't run, does anyone have any ideas on what's going on?
