invalid name

A program I am trying to install has insisted that it has an invalid name. i have changed the the name to something basic like setup, and i have uninstalled the stable version of wine and reinstalled the development version. There is documentation on this error, and i've just started using Linux a week ago, since windows 7's support sadly ended, and i have some experience with terminal and file system
