WINE 4.0 winecfg

I am a newbie in linux
I have a server ubuntu 16.4 64 bits with LXDE
I have a laptop windows 10
I installed Wine in the server, but when I put winecfg, I have this message:

I didn't find a solution for the moment in internet

I would like to have wine to install my metatrader 4 in it. I chose this OS because I have a virtualization of the VPS ( like a windows VPS)

Two things:
- Never run Wine as root!
- Do you have an Xserver running and permission to use it?

Do you use your Windows 10 laptop to connect to the Ubuntu server? If so, what program do you use to connect?

yes I use my Windows 10 to connect to the Ubuntu server

I created another user, because it seems we have not to connect with root
I reinstalled wine but I have the same problem

If you want to run a graphical program (like winecfg) on your Ubuntu server via Windows 10, you need to install an Xserver on Windows.
Which Windows program do you use to work on your Ubuntu server? Putty? WinSCP?

XMING - No, only one Xserver on your Windows machine is necessary. Either XMing or VcXsrv.
PlayOnLinux - No

Choose "Start program"

Start program on remote computer
Remote program: xterm
Password: <the user's password>
Connect to computer: <The Ubuntu server IP address>
Login as user: <the username>
Private key: <can left blank>

If there is a message about a key, enter "y" to trust your Ubuntu server
A new terminal window (xterm) is shown. Type winecfg to test.

There is no error in the screenshot. Only a question if you want to quit the Xserver.

I don't know where is Wine in my laptop, i searched it, I didn't find it in any folder
In Putty, I have Wine 4.0 version
I could just connect to the cpanel of my Ubuntu server (ubuntu server with Hostinger)
